Eligible refunds
- You were charged but the unlock was not granted.
- You were charged twice for the same profile.
- The unlocked profile was removed as fake within 7 days of unlocking.
Non-refundable
Successfully delivered unlocks are non-refundable if the member simply does not respond or is not a match.
How to request
Contact support within 7 days with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
